Health problems other than diseases of the eye are not treated at our clinic and we generally try to have bloodwork and other diagnostic tests designed to evaluate general health performed by the referring veterinarian.  Our goal is to serve as a member of a team between our clinic, the referring veterinarian, and the pet owner.  Consistent and timely communication with the referring veterinarian is vital in order to reach our practice goal.  As a result, our practice is completely computerized.  This allows our doctor to summarize the eye examination and treatment plan for the eye problem.  The case summary is routinely faxed to the referring veterinarian on the same day that the patient is examined.
