Payment of our fees is due at the time that the services are rendered.  Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Citi Health Card, a third-party financing company. You can apply for the Citi Health card in our office or online at www.healthcard.citicards.com.

An itemized estimate will be given to the owner before any surgery or hospitalization for treatment and/or diagnostic testing.  

Under some circumstances, it may be considered ideal for a patient to be examined on an emergency basis during the evening or on the weekend.  There will be an additional emergency fee for this service.
